Entrée


  • Kombu aged snapper, fermented white kimchi, beetroot, daikon, green oil
  • Hokkaido Scallop, blood orange, brown butter, caviar, yuzu kosho, green oil
  • Korean beef tartare, mustard, chilli oil, cured egg yolk, sesame seeds
  • Korean watercress, asparagus, garlic yogurt, snow pea tendrils , fermented chilli vinaigrette (VG)
  • Shitake soil, chickpea, dill, celeriac bechamel, sage powder (VG)
