The Kreative Catering is a refined Sydney catering business working from our kitchen in Rosebery. We cater weddings, corporate events and product launches, private parties and milestones, and public events across Sydney. These terms apply to this website and to the catering services we provide.

You may use this site for lawful purposes only, and in a way that does not restrict anyone else's use of it. In particular, you must not:

• Use the site for any unlawful, fraudulent or misleading purpose
• Submit false, misleading or someone else's details through our forms
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers or any connected system
• Introduce viruses, malicious code or anything intended to damage or disrupt the site
• Copy, scrape or republish site content for commercial use without our written consent
• Interfere with the normal operation, security or availability of the site

We may restrict or withdraw access to the site, in whole or in part, where we reasonably consider it necessary.

Your final price is confirmed at booking once the menu, guest numbers, staffing and event details are settled.

We offer gluten-free, vegan and other dietary options across the menu, and we take reasonable precautions when preparing them. Our kitchen handles a wide range of ingredients, so we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment or that food is free from traces of allergens. Please disclose all dietary requirements and allergies at booking so we can plan for them.

Cancellation and change terms are communicated to you at booking confirmation and form part of your agreement with us. If your plans change, contact us as early as possible so we can work through the options with you. Depending on the timing and the circumstances, deposits may be non-refundable, as costs are often committed well before the event date.

We provide on-site catering for events across Sydney. Where circumstances require it — including supply issues, venue constraints, weather, safety or matters outside our control — we reserve the right to adjust the menu or the way service is delivered, and we will let you know as soon as we reasonably can. We also reserve the right to decline a booking at our discretion.

To the extent permitted by law, The Kreative Catering is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or from our services, and our liability is limited to resupplying the service or paying the cost of having it resupplied.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

All content on this site — including text, menus, photography, branding and layout — is the property of The Kreative Catering or is used with permission, and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or reuse it without our written consent.

Your use of this site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what information we collect through our enquiry and quote forms, and how we use and protect it.

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any dispute arising from them or from our services is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.

We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes in how we work or what the law requires. The current version is always published on this page with the date it was last updated. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
